SimBuster calling plans help reduce the cost of local calls, international calls, AI call handling, business phone numbers, second numbers, and virtual receptionist call flows. What are SimBuster Calling Plans?
SimBuster Calling Plans include a set allowance of calling minutes for selected destinations. Plans are paid for using your SimBuster Call Credit and remain active for 30 days.
How long does a Calling Plan last?
Each Calling Plan is valid for 30 days from the date it is activated.
How are Calling Plans paid for?
Calling Plans are purchased using the Call Credit balance in your SimBuster account.
Do Calling Plans renew automatically?
If automatic renewal is enabled for your Call Credit balance, your Calling Plan may also renew automatically at the end of its 30-day period, provided there is enough Call Credit available. You can manage your renewal settings in the SimBuster app.
What happens when my Calling Plan ends?
When the 30-day period ends, the plan will expire unless it renews automatically. Any calls made without an active plan will be charged at the standard rate using your available Call Credit.
What is Call Credit?
Call Credit is the balance used to pay for outgoing calls, Calling Plans and other eligible communication services within the SimBuster app.
Are SMS Credits included in Calling Plans?
No. SMS Credits are separate from Calling Plans and are purchased as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Are Speech Credits included in Calling Plans?
No. Speech Credits are separate in-app purchases used for supported voice-generation features, including Receptionist and other speech-enabled services.
What is the difference between Call Credit, SMS Credits and Speech Credits?
Call Credit is used for outgoing calls and Calling Plans. SMS Credits are used for sending supported SMS messages. Speech Credits are used for voice-generation and speech-enabled features. Each credit type has a separate balance and cannot be exchanged for another type.
Where can I view my plans and credit balances?
You can view your active Calling Plans, remaining minutes, Call Credit, SMS Credits and Speech Credits directly in the SimBuster app.
