SimBuster is free to download. You can also get a free Magic Number where available. You only pay when you add services such as paid phone numbers, Call Credit, Calling Plans, SMS Credits, Speech Credits, eSIM data or mobile top-ups.

Outgoing call rates depend on the destination and whether you are calling a mobile, landline or special-rate number. Calls are charged from your Call Credit and billed per minute, rounded up to the next full minute. If you have an active Calling Plan that covers the destination, your included plan minutes are used first. Standard Call Credit rates apply when the destination is not included or the plan allowance has been used.

Call Credit, SMS Credits and Speech Credits do not expire. Your balance remains available in your SimBuster account until it is used.

Call Credit is used to pay for outgoing calls and to purchase supported 30-day Calling Plans. Call Credit is separate from SMS Credits and Speech Credits and cannot be exchanged for them.

SMS Credits are used to send SMS messages from supported SimBuster phone numbers. They are purchased separately as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play. SMS availability and delivery depend on the selected number, destination and local network support.

Speech Credits are used to generate supported voice prompts, greetings and avatar voices for features such as SimBuster Receptionist. Speech Credits are purchased separately as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play. They are separate from Call Credit, SMS Credits and AI Assistant call-minute plans.

Yes. SimBuster Calling Plans provide a fixed allowance of minutes for supported destinations and remain active for 30 days. Calling Plans are purchased using your Call Credit. If automatic Call Credit renewal is enabled, your Calling Plan can also renew automatically at the end of its 30-day period, provided payment and sufficient Call Credit are available. You can manage renewal settings in the SimBuster app.

Paid phone-number prices depend on the country, number type and selected subscription period. Available prices and renewal terms are shown before you confirm your purchase. A free Magic Number may also be available for eligible users.

Yes. The eSIM plan price, data allowance and validity period are shown before purchase. For mobile top-ups, the selected operator, top-up amount and final price are displayed before you confirm the transaction.

No. SimBuster displays the applicable price before you confirm a purchase or activate a service. Usage-based calls are deducted from Call Credit at the displayed rate. Phone-number renewals, Calling Plans, credits, eSIMs and mobile top-ups are charged only when selected or automatically renewed under your chosen renewal settings.
