Create a SimBuster account
You need a SimBuster account to manage the services linked to you.Your account can hold or connect:
- SimBuster phone numbers;
- Call Credit;
- SMS Credit;
- Speech Credit;
- Buster Minutes;
- Calling Plans;
- eSIM purchases;
- Mobile Top-Up history;
- Receptionist configurations;
- AI Assistant settings;
- Refer & Earn activity; and
- account preferences.
To get started:
- Download SimBuster from the official app store for your device.
- Open the app.
- Choose the option to create a new account.
- Enter the information requested.
- Complete any required verification.
- Allow the permissions needed for the features you want to use.
- Continue to the SimBuster home screen.
Use an email address and contact details you can continue to access.

Sign in to your SimBuster account
If you already have a SimBuster account, sign in using the account details requested by the app.Use the same account if you want to recover access to your existing:
- phone numbers;
- balances;
- purchased eSIMs;
- Receptionists;
- AI Assistants;
- referral activity; and
- other services.
Do not create a new account simply because you have changed phones or reinstalled the app.
A new account can appear empty because your existing services remain linked to the original account.

Complete account verification
SimBuster can use a verification code or another verification step to confirm that you control the email address, mobile number or sign-in method associated with the account.When a code is requested:
- Check the destination shown.
- Wait for the code to arrive.
- Enter the latest code.
- Do not share it with anybody.
- If you request a new code, use the most recent one.
Verification codes can expire.
Do not post a verification code in support chats, screenshots, social media or public forums.
If sign-in does not work
Before creating another account, check the basics.- Confirm you are using the correct email or sign-in details.
- Check for typing mistakes.
- Make sure the device has internet access.
- Complete the latest verification code.
- Check Spam or Junk if the code is delivered by email.
- Restart the app.
- Update SimBuster if a newer version is available.
- Check that the device date and time are correct.
- Try again after a short delay if repeated code requests were made.
If your existing phone numbers or balances are important, do not abandon the original account without first trying to recover access.
Understand the SimBuster account area
The account or profile area is where you manage information and preferences that apply to you rather than to one individual phone number or product.Depending on the current app version, the account area can include options for:
- profile information;
- account details;
- language;
- notifications;
- permissions;
- security;
- help and support;
- legal information;
- referral information; and
- account deletion or logout.
Product-specific settings still live inside the relevant product.
For example, Where calls go belongs to a phone number, while account language belongs to the wider app experience.

Review your profile details
Keep the information in your account accurate.Depending on the fields available, review details such as:
- name;
- email address;
- mobile contact number;
- country or region;
- business information;
- language; and
- other profile information shown.
Accurate details are particularly important when:
- contacting support;
- completing KYC;
- requesting a payout;
- buying regulated phone numbers; or
- recovering account access.
Do not enter false identity information to bypass a country or verification requirement.
Keep your email address accessible
Your email can be important for:- account communication;
- verification;
- payment receipts;
- missed-call emails;
- voicemail-to-email;
- support;
- security notices; and
- recovery.
Use an address you monitor.
If you stop using an old email account, update your SimBuster account where the current settings allow it and also review any voicemail or notification destination that may depend on the old address.
Do not rely on an email inbox you can no longer access.
Keep your contact mobile number current
Where SimBuster asks for a contact mobile number, keep it current.This contact number is separate from any SimBuster virtual number you buy.
The contact mobile number can be used for account or verification purposes depending on the current service flow.
Changing your personal contact number does not automatically replace your purchased SimBuster phone numbers.
Likewise, purchasing a SimBuster number does not automatically change the mobile contact number attached to your account.
Why your country or region matters
Country or region can affect:- available services;
- payment methods;
- currencies;
- KYC requirements;
- withdrawal methods;
- app-store billing;
- product availability; and
- legal or compliance requirements.
Use accurate information.
Do not choose another country simply to make a product appear if you are not eligible to use it.
Availability can also depend on the destination of the telecom product rather than only your account country.
Change the SimBuster app language
Where language selection is available, choose the language you prefer from the app settings.SimBuster supports multiple languages and can expand the available list over time.
Changing the app language can update:
- menus;
- buttons;
- product labels;
- instructions; and
- other supported interface text.
It does not automatically change:
- the language of a third-party carrier;
- the language used by a person calling you;
- an existing Receptionist greeting;
- an AI Assistant voice;
- an eSIM network name; or
- an external mobile operator.
Those settings must be changed separately where applicable.

Manage app preferences
Use the account and device settings to control how SimBuster behaves on your phone.Depending on the current app version, relevant preferences can include:
- language;
- notifications;
- permissions;
- audio;
- contact access;
- device integration; and
- other app-specific options.
Some settings are controlled by SimBuster.
Others are controlled by iOS or Android.
If a switch is missing from SimBuster itself, check the operating-system settings for the app.
Log out of SimBuster
Use Log Out when you want to end the current account session on a device.Logging out does not normally:
- cancel phone numbers;
- delete balances;
- stop an eSIM plan;
- delete Receptionist;
- delete AI Assistant;
- cancel Refer & Earn activity; or
- delete the SimBuster account.
Those services remain associated with the account.
Before logging out on a device you are giving away or selling, make sure you also remove any locally installed eSIM profiles and other personal data from the phone as appropriate.
Allow SimBuster notifications
Notifications are important for incoming app activity.Depending on the service, notifications can alert you to:
- incoming calls;
- SMS;
- account information;
- payment activity;
- service status; or
- another supported event.
If notifications are blocked at operating-system level, SimBuster cannot simply override that decision.
Check:
iPhone
Settings → Notifications → SimBuster
Android
Settings → Apps → SimBuster → Notifications
The exact menu names vary by device.

Allow microphone access for calls
SimBuster needs microphone permission for app-based voice calls.If microphone access is blocked:
- calls may connect;
- you may hear the other person;
- but they may not hear you.
On iPhone or Android, open the system app permissions and allow microphone access for SimBuster.
After changing the permission, make another test call.
Microphone permission is different from notification permission.
You can have working notifications but no microphone access, or the opposite.
Contacts permission
If SimBuster offers contact integration, allowing Contacts permission can make it easier to:- choose a person to call;
- recognise stored numbers; or
- use another supported contacts feature.
Contact access is not required simply to own a SimBuster phone number.
If you prefer not to grant it, you can still use supported manual-number entry where available.
Only grant permissions you are comfortable using.
Camera permission
Camera permission can be needed for features such as:- scanning a QR code;
- capturing a document for KYC;
- another camera-based verification step; or
- a supported setup flow.
If camera access is denied, use the operating-system settings to enable it before retrying the relevant feature.
SimBuster does not need unrestricted camera access for ordinary voice calls.
Photos and files permission
SimBuster can need access to selected photos or files when you choose to:- upload a KYC document;
- upload a file to AI Assistant;
- select an audio or supported media asset;
- save or retrieve a QR code; or
- use another document-based feature.
Modern iOS and Android versions can let you grant limited access instead of access to everything.
Use the least access that still lets you complete the task.
Allow SimBuster to work correctly in the background
Incoming internet calls can depend on the phone allowing SimBuster and its notification services to work correctly while the app is not open on screen.If calls are missed:
- check notifications;
- check background restrictions;
- check mobile data access;
- check Wi-Fi;
- check Focus or Do Not Disturb;
- check battery optimisation; and
- make sure the app has not been force-stopped.
On some Android phones, aggressive battery management can affect incoming-call reliability.
Battery optimisation and incoming calls
Some Android manufacturers use aggressive battery-saving rules.If SimBuster notifications or incoming calls are unreliable, check whether the system is:
- putting the app to sleep;
- restricting background activity;
- blocking background data;
- removing notification permission;
- restricting autostart; or
- closing the app after long inactivity.
Where your device provides an option, allow SimBuster to run normally in the background.
Do not disable battery protection globally for every app.
Change only the settings required for SimBuster.
Use your SimBuster account on a new phone
If you replace your phone:- Install SimBuster from the official App Store or Google Play.
- Sign in to your existing SimBuster account.
- Complete any required verification.
- Allow microphone and notification permissions.
- Check your phone numbers and balances.
- Test incoming calls.
- Test outgoing calls.
- Review any device-specific audio or notification settings.
- Check any eSIM separately before deleting it from the old phone.
Do not create a new SimBuster account unless you actually want a separate account.
Reinstalling SimBuster
Removing and reinstalling the app does not normally erase cloud services attached to your SimBuster account.After reinstalling and signing back into the same account, your server-side services should remain linked to that account.
However, device-level settings can need to be configured again, including:
- notifications;
- microphone permission;
- contacts permission;
- background behaviour; and
- other operating-system permissions.
An installed travel eSIM is separate from the SimBuster app itself.
Deleting the app does not mean you should delete the eSIM profile from the phone.
Can you use SimBuster on more than one device?
Account and device behaviour can depend on the current SimBuster session and telephony implementation.Do not assume every incoming app call will ring every device signed into the same account.
If you change or add a device:
- test incoming calls;
- check which device receives notifications;
- check audio permissions;
- review any current-device or session behaviour shown by the app; and
- avoid relying on two devices until you have tested the exact setup.
For business call distribution across several people, use the routing features designed for that purpose rather than assuming one personal login acts as a multi-agent PBX.
Remove access from an old device
When you stop using a phone:- log out of SimBuster where possible;
- remove personal app data;
- remove locally installed travel eSIM profiles only when you are certain they are no longer needed;
- wipe the device before selling or giving it away;
- remove saved payment methods from the device where appropriate; and
- secure the email account used for SimBuster.
If you believe an old device is still being used without permission, change the credentials or account security information available to you and contact support where necessary.
Permissions do not automatically move to a new phone
When you sign in on another phone, iOS or Android can ask for permissions again.Check:
- notifications;
- microphone;
- camera;
- contacts;
- photos/files;
- background data; and
- battery restrictions.
A service working correctly on the old phone does not mean the new device has inherited all the same permissions.
Always make one test incoming and outgoing call after migration.
Keep device date and time correct
Incorrect device time can interfere with:- sign-in tokens;
- verification codes;
- secure connections;
- payment authentication; and
- other time-sensitive services.
Use automatic date and time unless you have a specific reason not to.
If sign-in or payment authentication behaves strangely after travelling between time zones, check that the device time has updated correctly.
Protect your SimBuster account
Your SimBuster account can contain valuable telecom services and potentially withdrawable referral earnings.Protect it with the same care you would use for an email or financial account.
Good practice includes:
- use a secure email address;
- protect that email with multi-factor authentication;
- lock your phone;
- keep the operating system updated;
- install SimBuster only from official stores;
- never share verification codes;
- do not give strangers remote access to your phone;
- review unusual account activity promptly; and
- keep payout information private.
Never share a SimBuster verification code
A genuine verification code is intended for the person completing the login or verification flow.Do not share a code with somebody who contacts you by:
- phone;
- SMS;
- WhatsApp;
- Telegram;
- email;
- social media; or
- another messaging service
and claims they need it to “verify your account.”
Support staff should not need you to read out a one-time sign-in code so they can take control of your account.
If you accidentally shared one, secure the account immediately.
Watch for fake SimBuster support messages
Phishing messages can pretend there is:- an account problem;
- a refund;
- a payout;
- a failed KYC check;
- a crypto withdrawal issue;
- a phone-number suspension; or
- another urgent reason to click a link.
Be cautious if a message asks for:
- password;
- verification code;
- full card details;
- crypto seed phrase;
- wallet private key;
- remote device access; or
- payment to “unlock” your account.
Use the SimBuster app or official website directly instead of following suspicious links.
Protect the mobile number used for account security
If your mobile number is used for verification or recovery, protect that number with your mobile carrier.Useful precautions can include:
- carrier account PIN;
- port-out protection;
- secure carrier password;
- avoiding public disclosure of the number; and
- keeping recovery email secure.
A SIM-swap attack targets the mobile carrier account, not the SimBuster app itself.
If your personal mobile suddenly loses service unexpectedly, contact your carrier promptly.
Secure the email linked to SimBuster
Your email can be a central point for:- account recovery;
- missed-call emails;
- voicemail recordings;
- receipts;
- support;
- withdrawal communication; and
- security notices.
Use:
- a unique password;
- multi-factor authentication;
- recovery information you control;
- phishing protection; and
- regular account review.
If an attacker controls your email, they can potentially see sensitive SimBuster communication even without controlling the app.
Use a screen lock on your phone
A lost unlocked phone can expose:- call history;
- messages;
- phone numbers;
- balances;
- eSIM information;
- AI transcripts;
- referral earnings;
- payment information; and
- account settings.
Use a PIN, password, fingerprint or Face ID/biometric lock.
Also enable the operating system’s lost-device protection where available.
Be careful on public Wi-Fi
Public Wi-Fi can be useful while travelling, but use sensible precautions.Avoid:
- installing unknown certificates;
- entering credentials into fake captive portals;
- following suspicious pop-ups;
- accepting unexpected device-management profiles; or
- sending sensitive information through untrusted websites.
Use official SimBuster apps and HTTPS websites.
For sensitive account or payout changes, a trusted connection is preferable.
What to do if you see suspicious account activity
If something looks wrong:- Secure the email linked to the account.
- Change available account credentials.
- Log out of devices you no longer control where possible.
- Check phone numbers and Where calls go.
- Check balances.
- Check recent purchases.
- Check referral withdrawal activity.
- Check AI Assistant and Receptionist routes.
- Check payout details.
- Contact SimBuster support with the relevant account information.
If a payment card or bank account is also affected, contact the financial institution separately.
Why does SimBuster sometimes require KYC?
KYC means Know Your Customer.Certain telecom numbers, payout methods or regulated services can require identity or business verification.
KYC can be required because of:
- local telecom regulation;
- number-allocation rules;
- anti-fraud controls;
- payout-provider regulation;
- country requirements; or
- other compliance obligations.
A service that requires KYC cannot be activated simply by buying it and ignoring the verification request.
Phone-number KYC can be specific to the country or number type
Not every phone number has the same verification requirement.One country can allow a number with minimal information while another can require:
- identity document;
- address;
- local address;
- business registration;
- end-user information;
- proof of use; or
- another country-specific document.
The KYC requirement belongs to the particular number product, not necessarily to your entire SimBuster account.
Check the requirement before buying where it is shown.
Provide clear KYC documents
When documents are required:- use current documents;
- show the full document;
- make sure text is readable;
- avoid glare;
- avoid cropped edges;
- use the correct document type;
- make sure names and addresses match where required; and
- follow the country-specific instructions.
Do not edit documents to change identity information.
If the document belongs to a business, use the correct legal business information.
What happens while documents are under review?
A phone number or regulated service can remain:- pending;
- limited;
- unactivated; or
- unavailable for normal use
while required documents are being checked.
Do not assume a pending service is broken.
Check the current status and wait for the compliance review to complete.
If more information is requested, provide the specific missing document instead of repeatedly resubmitting the same incomplete file.
Why can KYC fail?
Common reasons include:- unreadable document;
- expired document;
- wrong document type;
- name mismatch;
- address mismatch;
- unsupported country;
- incomplete business information;
- document does not meet local number requirements; or
- other compliance concerns.
Read the rejection reason carefully.
If the requirement is country-specific, a valid passport by itself may still be insufficient if the telecom regulator also requires proof of local address or business use.
Business verification
Some services can require business information rather than only personal identity.Depending on the product, this can include:
- company legal name;
- registration number;
- registered address;
- proof of business;
- authorised user;
- intended use of the number; or
- another regulatory field.
Use the actual entity that will use the service.
Do not enter a company name that does not match the supporting documentation.
Your SimBuster services are linked to your account
Your SimBuster account acts as the main identity that connects the services you use.This is why it is important to sign back into the same account after changing devices.
A service can have its own settings and expiry, but ownership or access is still connected to the account.
Deleting the app is not the same thing as cancelling every service.
Logging out is not the same thing as deleting the account.
Phone numbers attached to your account
Open Phone Numbers to see the numbers associated with your account.For each number, check product-specific information such as:
- number;
- country;
- type;
- expiry;
- Auto Renew;
- KYC status;
- SMS capability;
- Where calls go; and
- other number controls.
Account settings do not replace these number-level controls.
Credits and balances attached to your account
Your account can have separate balances such as:- Call Credit;
- SMS Credit;
- Speech Credit; and
- Buster Minutes.
They are separate and are not interchangeable.
If a balance appears missing after signing in on a new phone, first confirm you are using the correct SimBuster account before purchasing again.
Purchased eSIMs and your account
Your eSIM order information is associated with your SimBuster account.However, the actual eSIM profile is installed at device level.
This distinction is important.
Signing into your account on a new phone does not automatically move an installed travel eSIM from the old phone.
Do not delete the eSIM from the old device until you have checked whether the particular plan supports transfer or reinstallation.
Receptionist and AI Assistant configurations
Your Receptionist and AI Assistant configurations are associated with your SimBuster account.They can also be connected to individual phone numbers.
When changing devices or troubleshooting:
- confirm the configuration still exists;
- check the correct number is assigned;
- check the Receptionist is published;
- check AI Assistant is active;
- check the relevant Buster Minutes or Speech Credit; and
- test from another phone.
Do not rebuild everything just because the local app was reinstalled.
Refer & Earn activity and your account
Your referral link, rank, network and earnings belong to your SimBuster account.If you sign into a new empty account by mistake, you may not see the referral history from the original account.
Before assuming earnings are lost:
- confirm the email/account used;
- sign into the original account;
- check the Refer & Earn dashboard; and
- contact support if the correct account still appears wrong.
How SimBuster uses account information
SimBuster needs certain information to provide telecom, payment, compliance and support services.The type of information involved can depend on the feature you use.
Examples include:
- profile details;
- phone numbers;
- payment transaction information;
- KYC documents;
- call records;
- SMS records;
- eSIM order information;
- referral activity;
- support communications; and
- service configuration.
Use the current Privacy Policy for the detailed legal explanation of collection, use, retention and rights.
Call and message data
Telecom services naturally create service records.Depending on the feature, this can include:
- calling number;
- called number;
- time;
- duration;
- routing information;
- SMS metadata;
- message content where the service needs to process it;
- voicemail;
- delivery status; and
- troubleshooting records.
Access and retention depend on the applicable service and legal requirements.
Do not share screenshots of call or SMS history publicly if they contain other people’s personal information.
AI Assistant transcripts
Supported AI Assistant calls can create transcripts.These can contain:
- caller names;
- numbers;
- questions;
- business information;
- support details; and
- other personal information the caller chooses to say.
Treat transcripts as sensitive business communication.
Only give access to people who need it.
Do not train the AI with private information that it does not need.
Voicemail and missed-call emails
SimBuster voicemail-to-email and missed-call alerts can send call-related information to your email account.This means the security of that email account matters.
A voicemail recording can contain personal information.
A missed-call email can contain caller details.
Use a secure inbox and review who has access to shared business mailboxes.
Marketing and service messages are different
Operational service communication can be different from marketing communication.For example, a message about:
- account security;
- payment;
- KYC;
- service expiry;
- voicemail;
- missed call;
- support request; or
- another transaction
can be necessary to operate the service.
Marketing preferences can control promotional communication where the applicable settings and law allow.
Do not block essential service emails if you still rely on SimBuster services.
Privacy rights and requests
Depending on the law that applies to you, you can have rights relating to personal information.These can include rights to:
- access;
- correction;
- deletion;
- restriction;
- objection; or
- portability
where legally applicable.
Use the current SimBuster Privacy Policy and privacy contact process for formal requests.
Account deletion inside the app is different from every possible privacy request and can also be subject to legal retention requirements.
Before deleting your SimBuster account
Account deletion is a serious action.Before deleting, review everything linked to the account.
Check:
- active phone numbers;
- number expiry and Auto Renew;
- Call Credit;
- SMS Credit;
- Speech Credit;
- Buster Minutes;
- Calling Plans;
- eSIMs;
- Receptionist;
- AI Assistant;
- Mobile Top-Up history;
- referral earnings;
- pending withdrawals;
- voicemail routing; and
- any information you may need for records.
Do not delete the account as a troubleshooting step.
Delete your SimBuster account
Where account deletion is available in the app or account settings, follow the deletion flow carefully.The app can ask you to confirm the request.
Deleting the account is different from:
- logging out;
- uninstalling the app;
- deleting one phone number;
- turning Auto Renew off; or
- removing one eSIM.
If you only want to stop one service, manage that service instead of deleting the whole account.

Check active services before deleting the account
Account deletion does not create a right to a refund for every active or unused service.Before deleting:
- turn off Auto Renew where appropriate;
- review phone-number validity;
- deal with any eligible number return within the applicable rules;
- check eSIM usage and refund eligibility;
- understand that SMS Credit and Speech Credit are non-refundable;
- review active AI plans;
- complete or cancel any action available for pending services; and
- download any records you legitimately need.
Use the product-specific refund rules rather than assuming account deletion overrides them.
What happens to balances when you delete the account?
Do not assume unused balances will automatically be converted to cash.Different balances have different rules.
For example:
- SMS Credit is non-refundable;
- Speech Credit is non-refundable;
- promotional credit can have no cash value;
- Call Credit follows its applicable terms;
- AI plan usage follows the plan terms.
If you have a question about an unusually large balance or a suspected billing error, contact support before deleting the account.
Check referral earnings before deleting the account
If you use Refer & Earn, review:- pending earnings;
- available earnings;
- minimum hold periods;
- withdrawal minimums;
- pending payout requests; and
- verification requirements.
Deleting the account while a withdrawal or commission is unresolved can make the process more complicated.
Complete any legitimate payout action available under the programme before requesting deletion where appropriate.
What happens to information after account deletion?
Account deletion can remove or deactivate access to your account, but some records can still need to be retained for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, telecom, tax, payment or dispute purposes.Examples can include:
- transaction records;
- KYC records;
- telecom records;
- fraud records;
- chargeback evidence; or
- other legally required information.
Use the current Privacy Policy for the detailed retention rules.
Deletion does not require SimBuster to erase information that law requires it to keep.
You cannot sign in
Check:- internet connection;
- account identifier;
- typing;
- latest verification code;
- Spam or Junk;
- app version;
- device time and date;
- whether you accidentally created another account; and
- whether repeated attempts have temporarily delayed the sign-in flow.
Do not keep creating new accounts.
If the original account contains important phone numbers or balances, focus on recovering that account.
Verification code has not arrived
If a code is missing:- confirm the email or mobile number shown;
- wait briefly;
- check Spam or Junk;
- check mobile signal if it is an SMS;
- request a new code once;
- use the newest code;
- avoid repeated rapid requests; and
- check whether the email provider is filtering SimBuster messages.
If you no longer control the email or mobile number associated with the account, use the available recovery or support process.
Your services disappeared after sign-in
The most common cause is signing into a different SimBuster account.Check:
- email address;
- login method;
- whether you used another email previously;
- whether you accidentally created a new account;
- whether the services appear on another device signed into the original account.
Do not buy replacement phone numbers or credits until you know which account owns the originals.
A phone number, eSIM or balance is missing
Identify the missing product first.Phone number
Check Phone Numbers, expiry and account.
eSIM
Check the purchased eSIM list and remember that the installed eSIM profile also exists at device level.
Call Credit / SMS Credit / Speech Credit
Check the correct separate balance.
AI plan
Check Buster Minutes or the AI plan area.
Refer & Earn
Check the correct referral account.
If the purchase is confirmed but the service is still missing from the correct account, keep the transaction reference and contact support.
The app looks reset after an update or reinstall
First sign into the same account.Then:
- allow permissions again;
- check notifications;
- check microphone access;
- check phone numbers;
- check balances;
- check Receptionist;
- check AI Assistant;
- check eSIM order information;
- test a call.
A clean app interface after reinstall does not automatically mean the server-side account data has been deleted.
Notifications are not working
Check both the app and operating-system level.- Notifications allowed?
- Focus or Do Not Disturb active?
- Battery optimisation restricting the app?
- Background data blocked?
- Phone has internet access?
- App force-stopped?
- Operating system automatically removed permission?
- Correct device signed in?
For incoming calls, also check the phone number’s Where calls go setting.
If the number routes to PSTN, Receptionist or AI Assistant, the app may not be expected to ring.
The other person cannot hear you
Check:- microphone permission;
- Bluetooth audio route;
- another app using the microphone;
- phone microphone hardware;
- mute button;
- headset connection;
- call audio route;
- internet quality.
Make a test recording or normal mobile call to determine whether the phone microphone itself works.
If the microphone works elsewhere but not in SimBuster, recheck the app permission.
Account access is restricted or under review
An account can be limited while SimBuster or a regulated partner reviews:- fraud;
- payment disputes;
- chargebacks;
- KYC;
- withdrawal activity;
- account security;
- prohibited referral activity;
- telecom compliance; or
- another service concern.
Read any message shown.
Provide accurate requested information.
Do not create replacement accounts to bypass a compliance or security review.
That can make the issue more serious.
You no longer have access to the email linked to the account
If possible, recover the email account through your email provider first.If recovery is not possible:
- do not create a new SimBuster account just to replace the old one;
- collect information that can help identify the original account;
- keep purchase references;
- keep phone-number information;
- keep KYC information where applicable; and
- contact SimBuster support through the official support route.
Account recovery can require additional checks because changing an email address can affect account security.
