What is SimBuster Mobile Top-Up?
SimBuster Mobile Top-Up lets you send prepaid mobile credit, airtime or supported recharge products to mobile numbers in supported countries.You can use it to recharge:
- your own prepaid mobile;
- a family member’s phone;
- a friend’s phone;
- a traveller’s local prepaid SIM; or
- another valid supported prepaid mobile number.
A typical top-up takes a few steps:
- Open Mobile Top-Up in SimBuster.
- Choose the destination country.
- Enter the recipient’s mobile number.
- Choose the correct mobile operator where required.
- Choose one of the available recharge amounts or products.
- Review the recipient, network, product and final price.
- Complete payment.
- Check the top-up result or status.
Available operators, amounts and products vary by country and mobile network.

What can you send with Mobile Top-Up?
The products available are controlled by the destination mobile operator.Depending on the country and network, SimBuster may show:
- prepaid airtime;
- mobile credit;
- fixed-value recharge;
- variable-value recharge;
- mobile data bundles;
- voice bundles;
- SMS bundles;
- combination bundles; or
- other operator-supported prepaid products.
Not every operator offers every type of recharge.
The products shown after you choose the country and network are the products currently available for that recipient.
Do not assume that a recharge labelled with a monetary value includes a specific amount of data, minutes or SMS unless the product description says so.
Can you top up your own phone or someone else’s?
Yes.You can send a supported mobile top-up to:
- your own prepaid number; or
- another person’s supported prepaid mobile number.
You do not need to own the recipient’s SIM.
This makes Mobile Top-Up useful for sending airtime or data to family and friends abroad.
Before paying, make sure you know:
- the correct country;
- the full recipient mobile number;
- the mobile network;
- whether the number is prepaid; and
- the recharge product the recipient actually needs.
A successful top-up is delivered to the mobile account associated with the number you entered.
Mobile Top-Up vs SimBuster Call Credit
These are completely different.Mobile Top-Up
Sends prepaid recharge to an external mobile number and mobile operator.
For example, topping up a Vodafone, EE, O2, MTN, Orange, Airtel, Telkomsel or another supported prepaid number.
SimBuster Call Credit
Funds eligible calling services inside your SimBuster account, including ordinary outgoing calls and other supported call usage.
Buying Mobile Top-Up does not add Call Credit to your SimBuster account.
Buying SimBuster Call Credit does not recharge somebody’s external prepaid SIM.
Mobile Top-Up vs travel eSIM
These are also separate services.Mobile Top-Up
Adds airtime, credit or a supported bundle to an existing prepaid mobile account.
SimBuster eSIM
Provides a separate digital travel-data plan that you install on a compatible device.
If someone already has a local prepaid SIM and simply needs more credit, Mobile Top-Up can be the right service.
If they need a new data connection while travelling and have an eSIM-compatible device, a travel eSIM may be more suitable.
Which countries support mobile top-up?
SimBuster supports mobile recharge across many countries and mobile networks.Availability can change by:
- country;
- operator;
- prepaid product;
- denomination; and
- supplier availability.
The most reliable way to check is inside SimBuster:
- Open Mobile Top-Up.
- Search for the destination country.
- Review the networks currently available.
- Choose the intended operator.
- Review the available recharge products and amounts.
If a country, network or product is not shown, do not assume it can be recharged through a different country or operator.

Check that the recipient can receive prepaid top-up
Mobile Top-Up is intended for supported prepaid recharge services.Before sending:
- confirm the recipient’s number is correct;
- confirm the mobile account accepts prepaid recharge;
- confirm the correct mobile operator;
- ask the recipient if you are unsure;
- check whether they need ordinary airtime or a specific bundle; and
- make sure the number has not been disconnected.
Some operators have different products for prepaid and postpaid customers.
A top-up product designed for prepaid service may not work for a postpaid contract account.
Choose the recipient’s country
Choose the country of the mobile service you want to recharge.This should be based on the recipient’s mobile number and operator, not necessarily where you are physically located.
For example, if you are in the United Kingdom and want to top up a family member’s prepaid number in Nigeria, choose Nigeria.
If you are travelling in Spain but want to recharge your UK prepaid SIM, choose United Kingdom.
The destination country determines which operators and recharge products SimBuster can show.

Choose the correct mobile operator
Select the network that currently provides service to the recipient’s mobile number.Depending on the destination, the list can include major national or local prepaid operators.
Examples vary by country.
The correct operator matters because the recharge is delivered through that network’s prepaid system.
If you are unsure:
- ask the recipient;
- check the network shown on their SIM or account;
- check their carrier app;
- use any operator information shown by SimBuster; and
- be especially careful if the number has previously been ported between networks.
Do not choose a network simply because its logo or name looks familiar.

What if the mobile number has been ported to another network?
Mobile number portability can make operator selection less obvious.A number may originally have been issued by one carrier but later moved to another.
If the recipient has ported the number:
- use the current network where the SimBuster flow requires you to choose it;
- ask the recipient if you are uncertain;
- pay attention to any network information shown during the top-up flow; and
- do not rely only on the original number prefix.
A prefix can indicate where a number started, but it does not always prove which network currently serves it.
If SimBuster identifies or validates a network during the order, review that information carefully before payment.
Check exactly what the recharge product provides
A mobile operator can offer several different prepaid products.For example:
- pure airtime;
- data;
- voice minutes;
- SMS;
- social-media bundles;
- international bundles; or
- mixed packages.
Read the product name and description before paying.
If the recipient needs data, do not assume an airtime recharge automatically becomes a data package.
If the recipient needs ordinary balance, do not send a restricted data-only bundle unless that is what they requested.
Where the operator controls how generic airtime can later be converted or used, those rules belong to the mobile operator.
Choose the correct top-up amount
SimBuster displays the recharge amounts currently available for the selected operator.Amounts may be:
- fixed denominations; or
- selectable within an allowed range where supported.
Choose an amount based on what the recipient needs.
Before paying, check both:
- the value delivered to the recipient; and
- the final amount you will pay.
These are not always displayed in the same currency.

Understand the recipient’s recharge currency
The recharge value is normally associated with the destination operator and its local product currency.For example, a UK recharge can be denominated in GBP while another country’s operator may offer products in its own local currency.
Your checkout or payment presentation can use the currency displayed by SimBuster for your transaction.
Always review:
- recipient recharge value;
- destination currency;
- final price; and
- any product description.
Do not assume two amounts with similar numbers represent the same value in different countries.
Review the final price before confirming
The final price shown before payment is the amount to review before you authorise the top-up.Check:
- country;
- recipient number;
- operator;
- recharge product;
- amount;
- final price; and
- payment method.
This final review is important because mobile recharge can be delivered quickly.
Once prepaid credit has been applied to a valid mobile account, reversing it may not be possible.
Take a few seconds to check the number before pressing the final payment button.
Open Mobile Top-Up in SimBuster
From the SimBuster home screen, open Mobile Top-Up.You can then start a new recharge by choosing the destination and recipient.
The exact screen order can vary depending on country and operator, but the information required is broadly:
- country;
- mobile number;
- mobile network;
- product or amount; and
- payment.

Enter the recipient’s mobile number
Enter the mobile number you actually want to recharge.Check every digit.
When the interface separates the country from the national mobile number, follow the format shown on screen.
Avoid:
- accidentally entering your own number;
- copying a landline instead of a mobile;
- duplicating the country code;
- leaving out required digits;
- entering an old number the recipient no longer uses; or
- selecting the wrong country first.
If you copied the number from Contacts or a message, still read it back before continuing.

Select or confirm the recipient’s network
Choose the recipient’s current mobile network from the operators available for that country.If the app shows network information based on the number, review it carefully.
The network selection controls which recharge products are offered.
If the recipient says they use one operator but the order flow indicates another, stop and verify before paying.
This is especially important for ported phone numbers.

Select the airtime, data or recharge product
After choosing the operator, SimBuster shows the currently supported recharge products.Select the exact product you want to send.
Pay attention to wording such as:
- airtime;
- recharge;
- credit;
- data;
- bundle;
- validity;
- MB or GB;
- minutes; or
- SMS.
The operator determines what the recipient receives.
If several products look similar, compare the details instead of choosing by price alone.

Review the top-up order
Before payment, perform one final check.Recipient
Is the mobile number exactly correct?
Country
Is this the country of the mobile service being recharged?
Network
Is this the recipient’s current mobile operator?
Product
Is it airtime, data or the bundle you intended?
Value
Is the recharge value correct?
Price
Are you happy with the final amount shown?
Only continue when all of these are correct.

Complete payment
Use one of the payment methods available to you in the SimBuster checkout.Follow any authentication step required by your bank, card provider, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other payment method shown.
Do not:
- close the app during authentication if the payment is still processing;
- press Pay repeatedly;
- start another identical top-up because confirmation takes a few seconds; or
- assume an authentication screen means the top-up has completed.
Wait for the final order result.
Payment options and authentication requirements can vary by device, country and transaction.

Check the top-up confirmation
After checkout, review the result displayed for the transaction.A completed order should clearly relate to the recipient, operator and product you selected.
Keep the order details until the recipient confirms the recharge.
If the status is pending, do not immediately send a second identical top-up.
If the status is failed, check whether payment was actually captured before retrying.

How long does a mobile top-up take?
Many prepaid recharges are delivered quickly after a successful transaction.However, delivery time can depend on:
- destination operator;
- local network systems;
- product type;
- payment completion;
- supplier processing;
- temporary operator delays; and
- recipient account status.
Do not promise another person that every recharge will arrive instantly.
If the order remains pending, check its status before sending another one.
Check the status of a top-up
Where order or transaction status is shown in SimBuster, use it to distinguish between different states.Completed / successful
The recharge has been accepted as completed by the top-up service.
Pending / processing
The transaction has not reached a final state yet.
Do not duplicate it while waiting.
Failed
The recharge did not complete successfully.
Before retrying, check the associated payment state so you do not accidentally create two orders.
Keep any order reference available if support is needed.
How does the recipient know the top-up arrived?
The recipient mobile operator can provide its own confirmation, such as:- an SMS;
- updated prepaid balance;
- updated data allowance;
- carrier-app notification; or
- another operator-specific message.
The exact confirmation is controlled by the recipient’s network.
If the recipient cannot see the recharge:
- ask them to check their balance or bundle;
- ask them to restart or refresh their carrier app if relevant;
- confirm the number you entered;
- confirm the operator;
- check the SimBuster transaction status; and
- allow for operator processing before creating another recharge.
Top up your own prepaid mobile
You can use Mobile Top-Up for your own supported prepaid number.This can be useful when:
- travelling;
- you cannot access the carrier’s normal top-up service;
- you want one app for international telecom services; or
- you maintain prepaid SIMs in more than one country.
The process is the same:
- choose the country;
- enter your mobile number;
- choose the network;
- select an available recharge;
- review the details;
- pay; and
- check your mobile balance afterwards.
Send prepaid airtime to family or friends
You can send recharge to another person’s supported prepaid mobile without physically handling their SIM.Before sending, ask them for:
- mobile number;
- country;
- current network; and
- whether they need airtime or a particular data/bundle product.
This is especially important where an operator offers several packages with similar prices.
A quick confirmation from the recipient before paying is much easier than trying to correct a recharge after it has been delivered.
Send international mobile top-up from another country
The sender and recipient do not need to be in the same country.For example, you can be in the UK and recharge a supported prepaid number elsewhere.
The important details are the recipient’s:
- mobile service country;
- number;
- network; and
- recharge product.
Choose the recipient mobile service country, not your own physical location.
International top-up does not mean the recipient needs to enable roaming. The recharge is applied to their prepaid mobile account according to their operator’s rules.
What is airtime or prepaid credit?
Airtime, mobile credit, prepaid balance, phone refill and mobile recharge are commonly used terms for adding value to a prepaid mobile account.What the recipient can do with generic airtime depends on their operator.
It may be usable for:
- calls;
- SMS;
- mobile data charged from balance;
- buying operator bundles; or
- other prepaid services.
SimBuster delivers the supported recharge product.
The destination mobile operator controls how that value works once it reaches the account.
Send a mobile data bundle
Some supported networks offer prepaid data products in addition to ordinary airtime.A data bundle can specify:
- MB or GB allowance;
- validity period;
- supported service type; or
- other operator conditions.
If you need data, select a product that explicitly includes data.
Do not assume that every monetary top-up automatically activates an internet bundle.
Once delivered, use and expiry of the bundle are controlled by the recipient operator.
Voice, SMS and combination bundles
Some operators can offer packages combining:- voice minutes;
- SMS;
- mobile data; or
- other prepaid allowances.
Where SimBuster shows such a product, read the description carefully.
The bundle may have:
- a fixed validity;
- domestic-only usage;
- operator-specific conditions;
- limits on international calls; or
- other network rules.
For detailed usage conditions after delivery, the recipient should check with their mobile operator.
Fixed vs variable recharge amounts
Some operators accept only fixed recharge values.For example, the available options might be several predetermined amounts.
Other networks can support a selectable or variable value within an allowed range.
SimBuster shows the amounts currently available for the selected operator.
If the exact value you want is not shown, do not enter a different product and assume the network will convert it.
Choose from the valid options displayed.
Operator promotions and bonuses
A mobile network may occasionally apply its own promotion, bonus credit or bundle conditions to a recharge.These are controlled by the destination operator unless SimBuster explicitly describes them as part of the product being purchased.
Do not assume an old operator promotion still applies.
If a bonus is important, check the current product description and the destination carrier’s conditions before buying.
Does mobile top-up expire?
The validity of prepaid credit or bundles is determined by the destination operator and product.Some airtime can remain available according to the prepaid account’s normal rules.
Some data or combination bundles can expire after a fixed number of days.
Some operators can also have inactivity rules for the SIM itself.
Check the selected recharge description and the recipient’s mobile operator for the usage and expiry rules after delivery.
SimBuster completing the top-up does not override the mobile network’s prepaid-account conditions.
Which payment methods can be used?
Use the payment options shown in the SimBuster checkout for your device and transaction.Available methods can vary.
Where a payment service requires additional authentication, complete the bank or wallet verification before returning to the app.
A payment can fail even when:
- card details are valid;
- funds are available; or
- a digital wallet was selected.
For example, issuer authentication, fraud checks or payment-provider rules can still decline a transaction.
If payment fails, check the final result before attempting the top-up again.
Why can the amount paid differ from the recharge value?
The value delivered to the recipient and the amount charged to you can be presented differently.This can happen because:
- the recipient product is denominated in local currency;
- your checkout uses another currency;
- the mobile operator supplies a fixed product value; or
- the service price shown to you includes the cost of delivering that particular recharge.
Always use the final checkout price as the amount you are authorising.
The recipient should use the stated recharge value or bundle description to understand what will be added to their mobile account.
Avoid sending the same top-up twice
If an order seems slow, do not immediately repeat it.Instead:
- check the transaction status;
- check whether payment was authorised;
- wait for a pending transaction to reach a final state;
- ask the recipient to check their account; and
- only create another top-up when you know the first one did not complete or you intentionally want to send more credit.
Prepaid mobile recharge can be delivered quickly and can be difficult or impossible to reverse after it reaches the recipient.
Check the phone number carefully
The recipient number is one of the most important parts of a mobile top-up order.If you enter a different valid prepaid number and the recharge is delivered successfully to it, recovering the value may not be possible.
Before paying:
- read the full number;
- compare the final digits with the recipient’s number;
- confirm the country;
- confirm the network; and
- check any recipient information displayed by the app.
Do not rely only on a contact name.
The actual telephone number is what matters to the delivery system.
Check the operator before payment
Choosing the wrong operator can cause the recharge to fail or create a delivery problem.This is especially important where:
- several operators have similar names;
- a mobile number has been ported;
- an operator has multiple brands;
- the recipient recently changed network; or
- the country uses number prefixes that no longer reliably identify the current carrier.
If you are unsure, ask the recipient which network currently serves the SIM.
Can a successful mobile top-up be refunded?
A successfully delivered prepaid recharge is different from an unused digital product sitting in your SimBuster account.Once a mobile operator has applied credit or a bundle to a valid recipient account, the transaction may be irreversible.
For this reason, check the recipient number, operator and product before confirming.
If a transaction failed, remained pending or was charged without the expected top-up being delivered, use the relevant troubleshooting steps and provide the order details to SimBuster support if necessary.
Do not assume that a successfully delivered top-up can be recalled from the recipient’s network.
Keep the top-up order details
Keep the transaction or order information until the recipient confirms the recharge.Useful details can include:
- order reference;
- date and time;
- destination country;
- recipient number;
- network;
- product;
- recharge amount;
- payment amount; and
- transaction status.
If support needs to investigate a missing or delayed recharge, these details are much more useful than saying only that “the top-up did not arrive.”

Can you top up a recipient who is travelling abroad?
Yes, if you are recharging their supported prepaid mobile account.Choose the country and operator of the mobile service itself, not the country where the person happens to be travelling.
For example, if somebody has a UK prepaid SIM but is currently in Spain, the recharge is still for their UK mobile operator.
Whether they can use that balance while roaming depends on their carrier’s roaming rules.
A successful top-up does not guarantee that a mobile network allows the resulting credit or bundle to be used in every roaming country.
Can you send a top-up while you are abroad?
Yes.Your physical location does not normally need to match the recipient’s mobile country.
As long as you can access SimBuster, use an available payment method and the destination network is supported, you can send a recharge to the selected recipient.
This can be useful when travelling and helping someone at home, or when supporting family in another country.
Does the recipient’s phone need to be switched on?
A prepaid top-up is applied through the mobile operator’s account systems rather than by sending the credit through the recipient’s handset screen.The phone does not normally need to be actively using mobile data at the moment the recharge is processed.
However, the recipient may not see an SMS confirmation or updated balance until the device reconnects to the mobile network.
If the number itself has been disconnected or is no longer a valid prepaid account, delivery can fail.
Can the recipient use the top-up while roaming?
That depends on the recipient’s mobile operator and the recharge product.For example:
- ordinary airtime might be usable for roaming charges;
- a domestic data bundle might not work abroad;
- a special roaming package might be required; or
- the prepaid network may restrict roaming entirely.
SimBuster delivers the recharge.
The destination mobile operator determines where and how the resulting balance or bundle can be used.
If the purpose of the top-up is specifically roaming, check the operator’s roaming terms before purchasing.
Does a mobile top-up change the recipient’s phone number?
No.A top-up adds a supported prepaid product or value to the existing mobile account.
It does not create a new mobile number and does not replace the recipient’s SIM.
If you need another virtual number, use SimBuster Phone Numbers.
If you need travel data on a new digital SIM, use SimBuster eSIM.
Why is the top-up not showing in my SimBuster balance?
Because Mobile Top-Up is sent to the external mobile operator.It does not become:
- SimBuster Call Credit;
- SMS Credit;
- Speech Credit;
- Buster Minutes; or
- another SimBuster internal balance.
If you topped up your own Vodafone, EE, O2, MTN, Airtel, Orange or another supported prepaid mobile number, check that mobile operator’s balance.
If you wanted to buy SimBuster calling credit or another SimBuster balance, use the relevant Payments or Plans section instead.
Payment failed
If the payment does not complete:- Read the error shown in the app.
- Check the payment details.
- Complete any required bank or wallet authentication.
- Confirm your bank has not declined the transaction.
- Check that the payment method is still valid.
- Return to SimBuster and confirm the order did not complete.
- Retry only after you know the first attempt failed.
Do not create several top-up orders while a payment is still being authenticated.
If your bank shows a temporary authorisation but SimBuster shows the payment as failed, the final banking treatment can depend on the payment provider and issuer.
Keep the transaction details until the status is clear.
Payment is pending
A pending payment has not reached a final result.While it remains pending:
- do not keep pressing the payment button;
- do not send another identical recharge;
- check the transaction status;
- wait for the payment flow to complete; and
- keep the order information.
If the payment ultimately fails, you can retry after confirming that no top-up was delivered.
If it completes, check the separate mobile top-up delivery status.
Payment completion and mobile-network recharge delivery are related steps, but they are not exactly the same thing.
Mobile top-up is pending
A pending top-up means the recharge has not yet reached a final delivery result.Possible causes include:
- operator processing;
- temporary mobile-network delay;
- supplier processing;
- account validation; or
- another transient network condition.
Do not send a second recharge simply because the first one is slower than expected.
Instead:
- keep the order reference;
- check the status again;
- ask the recipient to check their operator balance;
- allow the transaction to reach a final state; and
- contact support if it remains unresolved beyond the expected processing period shown by the service.
Mobile top-up failed
If the top-up reaches a failed state:- Confirm the recipient number.
- Confirm the destination country.
- Confirm the mobile network.
- Check that the number is an active supported prepaid account.
- Check whether the selected recharge is still available.
- Review the payment status.
- Correct any wrong information.
- Retry only after the failed order is clear.
A failed top-up can be caused by the recipient mobile network even when your payment details are otherwise valid.
If money appears to have been captured but the recharge failed, keep the payment and order references for support.
Top-up says completed but the recipient cannot see it
First confirm that you and the recipient are checking the same mobile account.Then:
- Compare the recipient number with the order.
- Confirm the operator.
- Confirm the product and amount.
- Ask the recipient to check their prepaid balance.
- Ask them to check data or bundle balance if you sent a bundle rather than airtime.
- Ask them to restart or refresh the carrier app if appropriate.
- Check for an operator confirmation SMS.
- Allow for temporary operator display delays.
- Keep the completed order reference.
If the transaction is confirmed as delivered but the operator balance still does not reflect it, use the SimBuster support route with the order details so the delivery can be investigated.
You entered the wrong mobile number
Act quickly, but understand that successful prepaid recharge can be irreversible.If you have not paid yet
Go back and correct the number.
If the order is pending
Do not assume it can be cancelled. Keep the order reference and check its status.
If the order failed
Correct the number before trying again.
If the order completed successfully
The value may already have been delivered to the mobile account you entered and may not be recoverable.
Contact SimBuster support with the exact order information, but do not assume a completed operator recharge can be recalled.
This is why the number-confirmation screen is important.
You selected the wrong mobile network
If the top-up has not been paid, go back and choose the correct operator.If payment or processing has already started:
- do not send another order immediately;
- wait for the transaction result;
- keep the order reference; and
- check whether the operator rejected the recharge.
If it fails, correct the network before retrying.
If it is reported as completed, contact support before assuming another recharge is needed.
For ported mobile numbers, confirm the recipient’s current operator rather than relying only on the phone-number prefix.
You selected the wrong amount or bundle
If you have not confirmed payment, go back and choose the correct product.If a recharge has already been successfully delivered, changing it afterwards may not be possible.
For example, a completed data bundle may not be convertible into airtime, and a delivered airtime recharge may not be replaceable with another bundle through SimBuster.
The destination mobile operator controls the product after successful delivery.
Check the product description carefully before paying.
You think the same top-up was charged twice
Do not rely only on two bank notifications.Check:
- SimBuster order history or available transaction information.
- Whether there are actually two separate top-up orders.
- The recipient’s mobile balance or bundles.
- Whether one bank entry is only a temporary authorisation.
- The final status of each payment.
- The final status of each top-up.
If two distinct completed orders were sent, the recipient may have received two recharges.
If you see duplicate payment activity but only one completed order, keep screenshots or references for both payment entries and contact support.
The recipient’s mobile operator is not listed
If the operator does not appear after you choose the country, it may not currently be supported for Mobile Top-Up.Do not select another operator just to continue.
Instead:
- confirm you chose the correct country;
- check the network name with the recipient;
- check whether the operator trades under another listed brand; and
- search again later if availability changes.
A country being supported does not mean every mobile network in that country is available.
The top-up amount you want is not listed
The available denominations are supplied by the destination operator and recharge service.If the exact amount you want is not shown:
- choose another valid available amount;
- check whether a variable-value option exists;
- check whether another bundle better matches the recipient’s need; or
- return later if product availability changes.
Do not send several smaller products unless you intentionally want multiple separate top-ups and understand the total cost and product rules.

Which mobile networks are supported?
Networks vary by country. Choose the destination to see the operators currently available.
Does every network offer the same top-up amounts?
No. Denominations and products are operator-specific.
Can I send data instead of airtime?
Some operators offer data bundles or other products. Choose one only when it is shown for that network.
Can I send voice or SMS bundles?
Where the destination operator provides supported voice, SMS or combination bundles, they can appear as available products.
How do I know the recipient’s network?
Ask the recipient or check their current carrier information. Do not rely only on the phone-number prefix if the number may have been ported.
What if the number was ported to another carrier?
Use the recipient’s current network where operator selection is required.
Do I need the recipient’s phone with me?
No. You need the correct mobile number, country, operator and product information.
Does the recipient need the SimBuster app?
No. Mobile Top-Up is delivered to the supported prepaid mobile account.
Does the recipient need an internet connection?
The top-up itself is processed through the operator system. The recipient does not normally need mobile data just for the recharge to be applied.
Does the recipient’s phone need to be switched on?
Normally no, although the mobile account needs to be valid and the phone may need to reconnect before the recipient sees some network confirmations.
Can I top up a phone that is roaming?
You can top up the home prepaid account. Whether the credit or bundle can be used while roaming depends on that carrier.
Should I choose the country I am in or the recipient’s country?
Choose the country of the mobile service you are recharging.
Is Mobile Top-Up the same as Call Credit?
No. Mobile Top-Up recharges an external prepaid mobile. Call Credit funds supported SimBuster calling services.
Is Mobile Top-Up the same as eSIM?
No. A top-up adds value to an existing mobile account. An eSIM is a separate digital SIM/data service.
Does Mobile Top-Up add money to my SimBuster balance?
No. The value is sent to the selected external mobile account.
Can I top up a postpaid contract number?
Mobile Top-Up is intended for supported prepaid recharge products. Do not assume a postpaid contract accepts them.
Can I recharge any amount I want?
Only the fixed or variable values shown for the selected operator are available.
Why is the top-up amount in another currency?
Recharge value can be denominated in the destination operator’s local currency.
What price will I pay?
Review the final price shown in SimBuster before confirming the transaction.
How fast is mobile top-up?
Many top-ups are delivered quickly, but processing can vary by operator and transaction.
How does the recipient know it arrived?
They can check their operator balance, bundle status, carrier app or any confirmation sent by their mobile network.
What if the top-up is pending?
Do not send another identical top-up. Wait for the transaction to reach a final state and keep the order reference.
What if the top-up fails?
Check the number, operator, product and payment status before retrying.
What if payment fails?
Complete any required authentication, check the bank or wallet response and confirm the order did not complete before trying again.
What if my bank shows a charge but SimBuster shows a failed top-up?
Keep the payment and order details. A bank entry can have a different final state from the recharge order. Contact support if the status does not resolve.
What if the recipient says the top-up did not arrive?
Check the exact number, network, product, SimBuster status and recipient operator balance before sending another recharge.
Can a completed top-up be cancelled?
A successfully delivered mobile recharge may be irreversible because the value has already been applied by the destination operator.
Can I get a refund if I typed the wrong number?
If the recharge was successfully delivered to the wrong valid number, recovery may not be possible. Contact support with the order details, but check the number carefully before payment.
What if I selected the wrong network?
If it has not been paid, correct it. If processing has started, wait for the final result before trying another recharge.
What if I bought the wrong data bundle?
A successfully delivered operator bundle may not be changeable. Review product details before purchase.
Can one country have several mobile operators?
Yes. Many destinations have multiple supported networks, each with its own products and denominations.
Why is my operator missing?
Not every operator is supported at all times. Do not choose another carrier just to force the order through.
Why is my usual recharge amount missing?
Operators control available denominations and products. Choose from the current options shown in SimBuster.
Can promotions change?
Yes. Operator products, bonuses and promotions can change. Rely on the current product details shown at the time of purchase.
Does prepaid credit expire?
The destination operator controls account and product validity. Some bundles have fixed expiry periods.
Can I use the top-up to buy a bundle later?
That depends on the destination operator’s rules for ordinary airtime or prepaid balance.
Can I use Mobile Top-Up while travelling?
Yes. You can access the service from abroad where SimBuster and your payment method are available.
Can I use it for emergency credit?
You can send a supported recharge, but do not rely on any third-party mobile top-up service as the sole way to maintain emergency communication. Delivery can occasionally be delayed or fail.
Should I send another top-up if the first one is slow?
No. Check the existing transaction first to avoid duplicate recharge.
What details should I keep if there is a problem?
Keep the order reference, recipient number, country, operator, product, amount, payment information and transaction status.
Does SimBuster control how the recipient spends the credit?
No. Once delivered, usage is governed by the recipient’s mobile operator and the product purchased.
Does receiving a top-up create a SimBuster account for the recipient?
No. The top-up is delivered to the supported prepaid mobile account.
