What is SimBuster Refer & Earn?

SimBuster Refer & Earn is a referral and affiliate programme that lets eligible users earn commissions when people they refer make qualifying SimBuster purchases.

You receive your own referral link, referral code or QR code.

When an eligible new user joins through your referral and later makes qualifying purchases, the applicable commission can be credited to your referral account.

The programme is designed around real customer purchases.

You do not earn simply because somebody:

  • clicks your link;
  • installs the app;
  • creates an account;
  • follows you;
  • views a post; or
  • gives SimBuster a rating or review.

The referred customer’s qualifying purchase is what can create a commission.

How Refer & Earn works

The basic process is:

  1. Create or sign in to your SimBuster account.
  2. Open Refer & Earn.
  3. Find your unique referral link, code or QR code.
  4. Share it with people who may genuinely benefit from SimBuster.
  5. The new user registers through the referral path.
  6. The referral is linked to your account where tracking is successful and the programme rules are met.
  7. The referred user makes an eligible purchase.
  8. The applicable commission appears in your earnings.
  9. The commission can initially remain pending while the purchase clears validation, refund and chargeback checks.
  10. Eligible cleared earnings become available.
  11. Once the current withdrawal conditions are met, request payout through the supported withdrawal route.

Referral rates, qualifying products, levels and programme rules can change. Use the current app, Rank Guide and programme terms as the source of truth.

Who can use Refer & Earn?

Refer & Earn can be useful for many different types of users.

Examples include:

  • ordinary SimBuster customers;
  • freelancers;
  • content creators;
  • influencers;
  • bloggers;
  • digital marketers;
  • affiliates;
  • business owners;
  • communities;
  • telecom resellers where permitted;
  • eSIM-focused publishers;
  • mobile recharge agents;
  • travel creators; and
  • people looking for a flexible referral side income.

You do not need a huge audience.

A person who genuinely recommends SimBuster to a small number of relevant users can participate just as a creator with a larger audience can.

Eligibility, age, country and account requirements still apply.

Do you need to make a purchase before earning?

The current programme can require your own account to complete a qualifying self-purchase of at least the amount shown in the programme before referral commissions become active.

At the time this guide was prepared, the public programme information states that an account may need a qualifying self-purchase of at least US$1 to become active for referral commissions.

Always check the current eligibility message in SimBuster before relying on this amount because programme requirements can change.

The purpose of an activation requirement is different from paying to recruit people.

Referral rewards are generated from eligible customer purchases under the programme rules, not from the act of adding another person to a network.

Is income guaranteed?

No.

Refer & Earn does not guarantee:

  • a particular level of income;
  • that somebody you refer will buy;
  • that a customer will keep buying;
  • that every SimBuster product will generate commission;
  • that every transaction will remain eligible;
  • that you will reach a particular rank; or
  • that current commission rates will remain unchanged.

Your results depend on genuine referrals, eligible customer purchases, programme rules and whether the transactions remain valid after refunds, reversals and chargeback checks.

Treat Refer & Earn as a referral programme, not as guaranteed employment, wages or investment income.

Open Refer & Earn in SimBuster to find the referral details linked to your account.

Your unique referral link is one of the easiest ways to invite somebody.

A referral link allows the registration journey to carry your referral information so the new user can be attributed to your account where the tracking conditions are met.

To use it:

  1. Open Refer & Earn.
  2. Find your unique referral link.
  3. Copy or share it using the available option.
  4. Send it to the intended person or publish it through a permitted channel.
  5. Ask the new user to follow the link when joining SimBuster.

Do not manually alter the referral identifier inside the link.

Find and share your unique SimBuster Refer and Earn referral link

Use your referral code

Your account can also have a unique referral code.

Where the registration flow accepts a code, the new user should enter the code exactly as provided.

A referral code is useful when:

  • somebody is installing the app separately;
  • you are sharing SimBuster verbally;
  • you are putting a short code in printed material; or
  • a normal clickable link is inconvenient.

Do not assume a referral can always be added retrospectively after somebody has already created their account.

The safest approach is for the user to join using your referral link, QR code or referral code during the supported registration process.

Share your referral QR code

A QR code is useful when you are talking to somebody in person or displaying SimBuster on another device, poster, event stand or approved marketing material.

The person can scan the QR code and follow the referral journey.

Useful situations include:

  • a travel business showing SimBuster to customers;
  • an eSIM reseller;
  • an Airbnb or property host;
  • an event or community group;
  • a content creator showing the code in a video; or
  • a business helping customers with communication or travel services.

Keep the QR code clear and large enough to scan.

Test it yourself before publishing it widely.

SimBuster Refer and Earn QR code for inviting new users

A referral needs to be attributed to your account through the supported tracking method.

This normally happens when the new user registers through your:

  • referral link;
  • referral code; or
  • QR code.

The referral system then links the eligible user to your referral account.

To reduce tracking problems:

  • share the original referral link;
  • do not remove referral parameters from the URL;
  • ask the person to complete the supported registration journey;
  • do not create the account for them;
  • do not use fake or duplicate accounts; and
  • check your referral dashboard after they join.

Registration alone does not create commission.

The referred user still needs to make an eligible purchase.

Does a referral remain linked to you?

Under the current SimBuster programme structure, a successfully attributed referred user can remain linked to your referral account.

This means eligible future purchases by that referred user can continue to generate commission, subject to:

  • the current programme rules;
  • product eligibility;
  • commission level;
  • rank;
  • refunds;
  • reversals;
  • chargebacks;
  • account eligibility; and
  • any later programme changes.

This is why a useful referral can be more valuable than a one-time click.

You are referring a customer relationship, not being paid for advertising impressions.

You can share your referral link through suitable lawful channels such as:

  • direct messages to people who have a genuine interest;
  • your website;
  • blog articles;
  • social media;
  • video descriptions;
  • YouTube content;
  • relevant community posts where links are allowed;
  • email to people you are permitted to contact;
  • customer communication where appropriate;
  • QR codes;
  • travel guides;
  • telecom guides; or
  • your own referral or affiliate content.

Do not spam unrelated people or communities.

The best referral traffic comes from explaining why a particular SimBuster feature solves that person’s problem.

What is a qualifying purchase?

Commissions are generated only from purchases that qualify under the current Refer & Earn programme.

A qualifying transaction normally needs to be:

  • made by an eligible referred user;
  • for a product currently included in the referral programme;
  • successfully completed;
  • not refunded;
  • not reversed;
  • not charged back;
  • not disputed;
  • not fraudulent;
  • not created through prohibited self-referral or manipulation; and
  • otherwise compliant with the programme rules.

A transaction can appear first and later become ineligible if it is subsequently refunded, reversed or charged back.

The current dashboard and programme terms determine the final commission treatment.

Do you earn just for getting somebody to sign up?

No.

SimBuster does not pay referral commission simply for:

  • an app install;
  • registration;
  • account creation;
  • clicking a referral link;
  • scanning your QR code;
  • a store review;
  • a social-media follow; or
  • another non-purchase action.

A referred user must make a completed eligible purchase under the current programme rules.

This is an important distinction.

The programme rewards qualifying customer activity, not the recruitment of accounts for its own sake.

Can you earn when a referred customer buys again?

Under the current referral structure, referred users remain attributed to you and eligible future purchases can generate additional commissions.

For example, a genuine customer might later purchase:

  • another phone number;
  • more Call Credit;
  • another travel eSIM;
  • another eligible Mobile Top-Up; or
  • another qualifying SimBuster product.

Whether a particular repeat purchase earns commission depends on the product and programme rules at the time of that purchase.

Do not promise somebody that every SimBuster purchase will always generate a fixed commission forever.

What is a direct referral?

A direct referral is a person who joins through your own referral link, code or QR code and is successfully attributed directly to your account.

Your direct referrals are the first layer of your referral network.

For example:

You → Alex

Alex is your direct referral.

If Alex makes an eligible purchase, the applicable direct or first-level commission can be generated according to your current programme eligibility.

If the programme allows Alex to refer other people, those relationships can form deeper levels in the referral network.

What is the referral network?

The referral network shows the relationship between users who have referred other eligible users.

A simple example:

You → Alex → Maria → Sam

You directly referred Alex.

Alex referred Maria.

Maria referred Sam.

Depending on your current rank and the levels unlocked for your account, eligible purchases deeper in that referral network can potentially generate the applicable commission.

This does not mean you are paid merely because Maria or Sam joined.

A qualifying purchase and the current programme conditions are still required.

What are referral levels?

Levels describe how far a qualifying customer sits from you in the referral network.

A simple example:

  • Level 1 — people you referred directly;
  • Level 2 — eligible people referred by your Level 1 users;
  • Level 3 — the next referral level;
  • and so on where your current rank unlocks additional levels.

Your rank controls how many programme levels are open to you under the current structure.

A deeper level being unlocked does not guarantee income from that level.

There must still be eligible customer purchases and all programme conditions must be met.

For the complete rank and level structure, use the dedicated Rank Guide rather than relying on an old screenshot.

See the SimBuster Rank Guide →

Where can you see commission rates?

Commission percentages can vary by:

  • referral level;
  • rank;
  • product;
  • country;
  • campaign;
  • promotional period; and
  • current programme rules.

Check the live Refer & Earn dashboard, current programme terms and Rank Guide for the rate that applies.

Do not calculate future earnings using an old commission table.

If SimBuster changes a product price or referral rate, the current programme terms apply to new qualifying activity according to those terms.

See ranks, unlocked levels and commission structure →

Which transactions do not generate payable commission?

A purchase can be excluded or lose eligibility if it is:

  • refunded;
  • reversed;
  • charged back;
  • disputed;
  • cancelled;
  • not delivered;
  • ineligible under the product rules;
  • associated with fraud or account abuse;
  • generated through self-referral;
  • linked to fake or duplicate accounts;
  • created through programme manipulation; or
  • otherwise excluded under the current terms.

This is why an amount showing in your referral dashboard can initially be pending rather than immediately withdrawable.

What are Refer & Earn ranks?

Ranks are progression stages within the SimBuster referral programme.

As you meet the current qualification requirements, higher ranks can unlock access to more referral levels and potentially other programme benefits.

The rank system helps distinguish:

  • a user just starting to refer;
  • someone building an active customer network; and
  • users who have progressed further under the current programme rules.

Ranks do not guarantee income.

They determine programme access; actual commissions still depend on eligible purchases.

SimBuster Refer and Earn ranks and unlocked referral levels

What are the current SimBuster ranks?

The current public programme uses rank names including:

Starter

Entry-stage rank.

Student

The next progression stage.

Graduate

A higher rank with additional referral-level access.

Teacher

A further progression stage.

Professor

The highest rank shown in the current public programme.

The programme can evolve.

The detailed qualification rules should live in the dedicated Rank Guide, so this Help page does not become outdated every time a threshold or bonus changes.

Open the Rank Guide →

How do higher ranks unlock more referral levels?

Under the current public programme structure, the rank ladder progressively opens more of the referral network.

The current public presentation shows:

  • Starter — up to 3 levels unlocked;
  • Student — up to 5 levels unlocked;
  • Graduate — up to 7 levels unlocked;
  • Teacher — up to 9 levels unlocked; and
  • Professor — up to 10 levels unlocked.

The requirements for reaching each rank, commission percentages and any bonuses should be checked against the current Rank Guide and account dashboard.

The important principle is simple:

your rank determines how deep into the eligible referral network your account can earn under the current programme structure.

It does not create earnings where no qualifying purchase exists.

Use the Rank Guide for the full progression rules

The Help Center explains what ranks are and how they affect Refer & Earn.

The separate SimBuster Rank Guide is the right place for the detailed commercial structure, including:

  • rank names;
  • qualification requirements;
  • how each rank opens;
  • referral levels unlocked;
  • commission percentages;
  • applicable bonuses;
  • examples of network depth;
  • worked earnings examples;
  • rank maintenance rules where applicable; and
  • future programme changes.

Keeping that information in one dedicated resource prevents dozens of help articles from becoming inconsistent when the programme evolves.

Read the SimBuster Rank Guide →

Your rank has not updated

If you believe you have met the requirements for a higher rank:

  1. check the current Rank Guide;
  2. confirm the required activity is eligible, not simply pending;
  3. check whether any purchases are still inside a validation or chargeback hold;
  4. check whether refunds or reversals affected the qualifying activity;
  5. refresh or reopen Refer & Earn;
  6. allow the programme calculation to update where processing is required; and
  7. contact support with the relevant referral and transaction details if the rank remains incorrect.

Do not assume a pending purchase counts in exactly the same way as a cleared eligible transaction.

Understand your Refer & Earn dashboard

The Refer & Earn dashboard is where you track the referral activity associated with your account.

Depending on the current interface, it can show information such as:

  • referral link;
  • referral code;
  • QR code;
  • referral count;
  • rank;
  • unlocked levels;
  • commission activity;
  • pending earnings;
  • available earnings;
  • referral network information; and
  • withdrawal-related information.

Use the dashboard rather than maintaining your own estimate from link clicks.

Only tracked eligible purchases can become payable commission.

SimBuster Refer and Earn dashboard showing referrals rank and earnings

What are pending earnings?

A commission can appear as pending after a referred user makes a potentially eligible purchase.

Pending means it has not yet completed all the checks required to become withdrawable.

The hold can allow time for:

  • payment settlement;
  • refund period;
  • chargeback exposure;
  • transaction reversal;
  • fraud checks;
  • delivery confirmation;
  • programme eligibility checks; or
  • compliance review.

Pending earnings should not be treated as final cash.

They can still be adjusted or reversed if the underlying purchase later becomes ineligible.

What are available earnings?

Available earnings are referral rewards that have cleared the applicable programme checks and are shown as eligible for withdrawal, subject to:

  • minimum withdrawal amount;
  • supported payout method;
  • KYC or compliance checks;
  • payout-partner requirements; and
  • any other current withdrawal conditions.

Your total referral activity, pending earnings and available earnings are not necessarily the same figure.

When planning a withdrawal, use the amount explicitly shown as available.

Why can referral earnings be reversed?

A commission is linked to an underlying customer transaction.

If that transaction later stops qualifying, the related referral reward can also be reversed or adjusted.

Examples include:

  • customer refund;
  • payment reversal;
  • chargeback;
  • cancelled or undelivered transaction;
  • fraud;
  • self-referral;
  • fake account;
  • programme abuse;
  • transaction error; or
  • another eligibility failure.

This can happen while earnings are pending and, where programme rules permit, can also result in clawback or set-off against other referral rewards.

How do refunds and chargebacks affect commissions?

Referral commission is intended to reward valid completed customer purchases.

If the customer receives a refund or the transaction is charged back, the commercial basis for that commission can disappear.

The related earnings can therefore be:

  • withheld;
  • cancelled;
  • reversed;
  • clawed back; or
  • set off against another eligible balance according to the programme terms.

The minimum hold period before withdrawal exists partly to allow this risk to clear.

Do not spend or promise pending earnings before they become available.

Use referral transaction history to understand your earnings

Where transaction-level information is available, use it to understand why your earnings changed.

Useful fields can include:

  • referred user or anonymised referral identifier;
  • product;
  • purchase date;
  • referral level;
  • commission amount;
  • pending status;
  • cleared status;
  • reversal status; and
  • payout status.

This is more reliable than estimating commission from the number of people who downloaded the app.

One customer can make several eligible purchases, while another referral can make none.

Which SimBuster products can generate referral commission?

Eligible products are defined by the current Refer & Earn programme.

The public programme currently highlights qualifying activity around services such as:

  • Phone Numbers;
  • Call Credit;
  • eSIM;
  • Mobile Top-Up or Mobile Recharge; and
  • other products included by the current programme.

Eligibility and commission rate can vary by product.

A service being available in SimBuster does not automatically mean it generates referral commission.

Check the live programme before promoting a product primarily for its commission.

Earn from eligible Phone Number purchases

Phone Numbers are a natural referral product because they solve several different problems.

Someone may need:

  • a second phone number;
  • a business number;
  • a local number in another area;
  • a national number;
  • a mobile number;
  • a toll-free number; or
  • a number connected to Receptionist or AI Assistant.

If a referred user purchases an eligible number under the current Refer & Earn programme, that purchase can generate the applicable commission.

Promote the real use case, not a vague promise to make money.

Learn about SimBuster Phone Numbers

Earn from eligible Call Credit purchases

People who use SimBuster for outgoing calls can buy Call Credit or eligible calling products.

Where Call Credit purchases qualify for Refer & Earn, a referred customer’s eligible purchase can generate commission.

Useful audiences can include:

  • people calling internationally;
  • travellers;
  • expats;
  • remote workers;
  • small businesses; or
  • users forwarding calls to PSTN.

Explain the calling service accurately.

Do not promise that every call destination is covered by the same rate or plan.

Earn from eligible travel eSIM purchases

Travel eSIM is a strong referral use case because a customer can understand the need immediately: mobile data while travelling.

Possible audiences include:

  • holidaymakers;
  • business travellers;
  • digital nomads;
  • students abroad;
  • airline or travel audiences;
  • hotel and property guests; and
  • frequent international travellers.

Where the eSIM purchase is eligible, it can generate the applicable referral commission.

Always promote the actual destination, data allowance and plan terms rather than claiming that one eSIM works everywhere.

Earn from eligible Mobile Top-Up purchases

Mobile Top-Up can be useful for people who regularly send prepaid recharge to:

  • family;
  • friends;
  • customers;
  • travellers;
  • workers abroad; or
  • their own international prepaid SIMs.

Where a Mobile Top-Up transaction qualifies under Refer & Earn, the eligible purchase can generate commission.

Do not encourage unnecessary or fake recharge activity just to create commission.

Only genuine customer purchases qualify, and refunded, reversed or abusive transactions can be excluded.

Use the Earnings Guide for ideas on who to refer

The Help Center explains how the programme works.

The separate SimBuster Earnings Guide will explain how different types of people can use SimBuster and share it naturally.

That resource can contain practical use-case guides for audiences such as:

  • Airbnb and short-term rental hosts;
  • influencers;
  • content creators;
  • travel bloggers;
  • digital nomads;
  • freelancers;
  • remote workers;
  • eSIM affiliates;
  • mobile recharge agents;
  • small business owners;
  • property managers;
  • students;
  • communities;
  • online sellers;
  • telecom resellers; and
  • people with friends or family abroad.

Each guide should explain the SimBuster features genuinely relevant to that audience and how a referral can fit naturally into the use case.

It should not be a collection of copied pages with only the profession changed.

Explore the SimBuster Earnings Guide →

Share SimBuster with friends and family

The simplest referral is often a genuine recommendation.

For example, recommend SimBuster to somebody who:

  • needs a second number;
  • travels regularly;
  • makes international calls;
  • needs a travel eSIM;
  • sends mobile top-ups;
  • wants an IVR Receptionist;
  • wants AI Assistant to answer calls; or
  • wants to separate personal and business communication.

Explain the feature that solves their problem and send your referral link.

Do not pressure somebody to buy something they do not need.

Refer & Earn for creators and influencers

Creators can introduce SimBuster through useful content rather than generic promotion.

Examples include:

  • travel eSIM guides;
  • second-number tutorials;
  • small-business phone setup videos;
  • AI Assistant demonstrations;
  • Receptionist or IVR walkthroughs;
  • international calling comparisons;
  • mobile top-up guides; or
  • “how I separate work and personal calls” content.

Use your referral link in the permitted description, profile or landing page.

Where disclosure rules apply, tell the audience that you can earn a commission from qualifying purchases.

See creator and influencer ideas →

Share through websites, blogs and social media

You can use suitable online channels to explain SimBuster features and share your referral link.

Good content answers a real question.

Examples:

  • how to get a second number;
  • how to use a travel eSIM;
  • how an Airbnb host can separate guest calls;
  • how a freelancer can create a business phone menu;
  • how families can send mobile top-up abroad; or
  • how AI Assistant can handle missed business enquiries.

Avoid publishing hundreds of low-quality pages whose only purpose is to insert an affiliate link.

Useful content earns trust and is more likely to bring genuine customers.

Share with customers and communities where appropriate

If you already serve an audience that genuinely needs telecom or travel services, SimBuster can be relevant.

Examples include:

  • travel communities;
  • expat communities;
  • property-host communities;
  • freelancer groups;
  • international student communities;
  • small-business groups; or
  • telecom customers.

Follow the rules of the group or platform.

Do not post referral links repeatedly where promotion is prohibited.

A useful explanation followed by an optional referral link is better than spam.

Tell people when you can earn from their purchase

If you publish referral or affiliate content, use a clear disclosure where required.

A simple disclosure can be:

“I may earn a commission if you sign up through my SimBuster referral link and make an eligible purchase.”

The exact legal requirements vary by country and platform.

The disclosure should be easy to notice and should not be hidden behind misleading wording.

Do not claim to be an independent reviewer if you are promoting through a commission link without appropriate disclosure.

Do not promote SimBuster through spam

Referral links must not be distributed through unlawful or abusive spam.

Do not:

  • send unsolicited bulk SMS;
  • send mass unwanted email;
  • flood forums or comment sections;
  • repeatedly DM strangers;
  • use automated messaging without a lawful basis;
  • post links where a community has prohibited promotion; or
  • hide referral links in deceptive content.

This protects both your account and the reputation of the programme.

Genuine referrals should come from people who have a reasonable reason to be interested in the product.

Do not make false earnings or product claims

When promoting SimBuster, describe the product and the referral programme accurately.

Do not claim:

  • guaranteed income;
  • guaranteed profit;
  • that every referral earns money;
  • that installs alone generate commission;
  • that every product earns the same rate;
  • that a user will reach a particular rank;
  • that a phone number is guaranteed to work for OTP;
  • that an eSIM works in countries not listed;
  • that SimBuster replaces emergency telephone service; or
  • another feature or result that SimBuster does not actually provide.

Your referral content should help somebody make an informed decision.

Do not use self-referrals to manufacture commission

Do not create or route purchases through referral accounts that you control simply to generate artificial commission.

Self-referral manipulation can include:

  • referring yourself through another account;
  • creating accounts in another person’s name that you control;
  • cycling your own purchases through referral structures;
  • creating fake customer transactions; or
  • using coordinated accounts whose purpose is only to generate referral rewards.

The programme is for genuine customer referrals.

Rewards linked to abuse can be withheld, reversed or clawed back, and the account can be restricted.

Do not create fake accounts or artificial referral networks

A large referral tree is not valuable if the users are not real customers.

Do not:

  • create fake users;
  • purchase account registrations;
  • use bots to register accounts;
  • manipulate referral tracking;
  • create artificial purchases;
  • use stolen payment methods;
  • incentivise fake sign-ups purely to fill levels; or
  • attempt to disguise common control of several accounts.

Ranks and commissions are based on legitimate programme activity.

Artificial activity can lead to earnings reversal, withdrawal review or account suspension.

When can you withdraw Refer & Earn earnings?

A commission can be withdrawn only after it becomes eligible and available, rather than merely pending.

Before withdrawal, check:

  • available earnings;
  • minimum hold period;
  • minimum withdrawal amount;
  • selected payout method;
  • identity or compliance requirements; and
  • any payout-partner conditions.

The app can show referral activity and earnings, while the supported payout request is managed through the SimBuster website under the current programme.

Why is there a hold before commission becomes withdrawable?

Referral earnings can be subject to a minimum hold period so the underlying transaction can clear normal commercial risks.

These can include:

  • refunds;
  • chargebacks;
  • payment disputes;
  • reversals;
  • non-delivery;
  • fraud checks; and
  • programme abuse checks.

The hold protects the programme from paying commission on a transaction that is later cancelled or reversed.

Different transactions can therefore appear in your earnings before they become available to withdraw.

What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

A minimum withdrawal amount applies.

The current public programme states a minimum of US$100 or the applicable equivalent, but minimums can vary by payout method or future programme rules.

Before requesting a withdrawal, use the current amount shown for the method you choose.

For example, bank, crypto and gift-card payout options can have different operational limits.

Do not rely on an old Help Center figure if the live withdrawal screen shows a newer threshold.

Where do you request a withdrawal?

Under the current programme, withdrawals are requested through the SimBuster website.

The mobile app is used to view and manage referral activity, while eligible payout options are handled through the online withdrawal flow.

A typical process is:

  1. Check your available earnings.
  2. Open the SimBuster website account or withdrawal area.
  3. Choose an available payout method.
  4. Review the minimum.
  5. Complete required verification.
  6. Enter the payout information carefully.
  7. Confirm the withdrawal.
  8. Keep the withdrawal reference.
Request withdrawal of eligible SimBuster Refer and Earn commissions

Withdraw eligible earnings to a bank account

Where bank payout is available, follow the supported withdrawal flow.

You may need to provide:

  • account holder or beneficiary name;
  • bank details;
  • country;
  • currency;
  • identification; or
  • other information required by the payout partner.

Check every bank detail before submitting.

A payout sent using incorrect beneficiary information can be delayed, rejected or returned.

The receiving bank can also apply its own fees or currency conversion.

Withdraw eligible earnings using cryptocurrency

Where available, SimBuster supports eligible cryptocurrency payout through its supported regulated payout route.

The current public programme includes USDT as a supported crypto withdrawal option.

Before submitting:

  1. choose the supported cryptocurrency;
  2. choose the correct blockchain network;
  3. enter the wallet address;
  4. compare the first and last characters;
  5. check the minimum amount;
  6. review any partner or network fee;
  7. complete the required verification; and
  8. confirm only when all details are correct.

Crypto transfers are generally irreversible.

A wrong wallet address or wrong network can cause permanent loss.

Do not send earnings to an address supplied by somebody claiming that they need to “verify” your SimBuster account.

Redeem eligible earnings as a gift card

Where offered, an eligible earnings balance can be redeemed for an equal-value gift card or digital voucher through the supported reward provider.

Available:

  • brands;
  • countries;
  • denominations;
  • minimums; and
  • redemption terms

can vary.

Before choosing a gift card instead of cash or crypto, check:

  • where it can be spent;
  • whether it expires;
  • whether it is country-specific;
  • whether it can be exchanged; and
  • the minimum redemption amount.

Once a gift card has been issued, the reward provider’s redemption conditions can apply.

Why are bank and crypto withdrawals processed through regulated partners?

Bank and cryptocurrency payouts involve financial-service and compliance obligations.

SimBuster can use regulated partners to process eligible withdrawals.

Depending on the method and country, the partner can require:

  • identity verification;
  • address information;
  • beneficiary verification;
  • bank-account details;
  • wallet details;
  • sanctions screening;
  • fraud checks;
  • tax information; or
  • other compliance information.

This is normal for regulated payment and crypto services.

The fact that you already have a SimBuster account does not automatically remove a payout partner’s own legal verification requirements.

Why can KYC be required before withdrawal?

KYC, or Know Your Customer verification, can be required to confirm who is receiving the payout and to meet fraud-prevention or regulatory obligations.

Depending on the payout method, you may be asked for information such as:

  • legal name;
  • date of birth;
  • address;
  • identity document;
  • proof of address;
  • business information; or
  • information required by the regulated payout partner.

Use accurate information.

If the name on the withdrawal account does not match the verified beneficiary information, the payout can be delayed or rejected.

Can withdrawal fees or currency conversion apply?

Yes.

Depending on the payout route, a:

  • receiving bank;
  • regulated payment partner;
  • crypto network;
  • crypto payout provider; or
  • gift-card provider

can have its own fee, currency conversion or operational minimum.

For example, a bank payout in one currency can be converted by the receiving bank into another.

Those third-party charges can be outside SimBuster’s control.

Review the final withdrawal information before confirming.

How long does a withdrawal take?

Withdrawal time depends on the payout method and any required review.

Processing can be affected by:

  • hold-period completion;
  • KYC;
  • compliance checks;
  • payout partner;
  • receiving bank;
  • banking day;
  • cryptocurrency network; or
  • another account review.

Do not create another withdrawal for the same earnings because the first one has not arrived immediately.

Keep the payout reference and check its status first.

Do you have to pay tax on referral earnings?

You are responsible for understanding and reporting any tax obligations that apply to your own referral earnings.

Tax treatment can differ by:

  • country of residence;
  • business status;
  • amount earned;
  • frequency;
  • whether the activity is personal or commercial; and
  • local tax rules.

SimBuster does not provide personal tax advice.

Keep records of commissions and withdrawals if you may need them for accounting or tax reporting.

Can Refer & Earn rules change?

Yes.

The programme can change over time.

Changes can affect:

  • qualifying products;
  • commission rates;
  • rank requirements;
  • unlocked levels;
  • bonuses;
  • hold periods;
  • withdrawal methods;
  • minimum withdrawal amounts;
  • country availability; or
  • other eligibility rules.

This is why the detailed rank structure belongs in the dedicated Rank Guide and why the live dashboard should be treated as current.

Check the Rank Guide →

Can referral access be suspended?

Yes.

Referral rewards or account access can be restricted where there is suspected:

  • fraud;
  • self-referral;
  • fake accounts;
  • spam;
  • misleading promotion;
  • chargeback abuse;
  • payment abuse;
  • manipulation of referral traffic;
  • breach of programme terms; or
  • another compliance concern.

Depending on the circumstances, pending earnings can also be held while the activity is investigated.

Use the programme for genuine customer referrals and keep accurate records of legitimate promotional activity where appropriate.

What is a referral commission clawback?

A clawback means a commission that was previously recorded or paid is reversed or recovered because the underlying transaction no longer qualifies.

Examples include:

  • customer refund;
  • card chargeback;
  • payment reversal;
  • confirmed fraud;
  • programme manipulation;
  • reward granted in error; or
  • a partner or regulatory requirement.

A clawback can be applied against pending or other referral earnings where permitted by the programme terms.

The hold period reduces this risk but cannot eliminate every later dispute.

Protect your Refer & Earn account

Your referral account can eventually contain withdrawable value.

Protect it accordingly.

Use:

  • a strong device passcode;
  • a secure email account;
  • available account-security controls;
  • trusted devices;
  • secure payout details; and
  • careful handling of crypto wallet addresses.

Never give somebody:

  • your password;
  • a verification code;
  • private wallet keys;
  • recovery phrases; or
  • remote access to your phone

because they claim they need it to process a SimBuster withdrawal.

A person used your link but is not showing as your referral

Check:

  1. They actually registered through your referral link, code or QR code.
  2. They did not already have an existing SimBuster account.
  3. The referral identifier was not removed from the link.
  4. They completed the supported registration journey.
  5. You are checking the correct SimBuster account.
  6. The dashboard has had time to update.

Do not create a second fake account to try to repair attribution.

If the referral still appears incorrect, keep the referral link used and relevant registration information and contact support.

A referred user bought something but no commission is showing

Not every purchase automatically generates commission.

Check:

  1. The customer is successfully attributed to you.
  2. The product is currently eligible.
  3. The transaction completed.
  4. It was not refunded or reversed.
  5. Your account meets referral eligibility requirements.
  6. Your rank has the required level unlocked if the purchase is from a deeper referral level.
  7. The commission is not still processing.
  8. The transaction is not excluded under programme rules.

If all conditions appear correct, keep the transaction information and contact support.

A commission has been pending for a long time

Pending earnings can remain unavailable while the underlying transaction clears its validation period.

This can include:

  • refund exposure;
  • chargeback period;
  • payment settlement;
  • fraud checks;
  • delivery checks; or
  • compliance review.

Check the current hold rules and dashboard status.

Do not assume the commission is lost simply because it is not immediately withdrawable.

If it remains pending beyond the normal period shown by the programme, contact support with the relevant transaction details.

A referral commission disappeared or was reversed

Check whether the underlying transaction was:

  • refunded;
  • cancelled;
  • reversed;
  • charged back;
  • disputed;
  • declared ineligible; or
  • associated with an account or programme review.

The referral commission follows the eligibility of the customer purchase.

If the customer gets their money back or the purchase is invalidated, the related commission can also be removed.

If you believe the reversal is incorrect, provide support with the referral transaction information.

Your Refer & Earn rank looks wrong

Use the current Rank Guide before assuming the displayed rank is incorrect.

Then check:

  • qualifying direct activity;
  • qualifying network activity;
  • cleared vs pending transactions;
  • refunded or reversed purchases;
  • currently unlocked levels; and
  • any rank-specific requirement.

A purchase still inside a validation hold may not count in the same way as a final eligible purchase.

You cannot request a withdrawal

Check the most common reasons:

  1. Your earnings are still pending.
  2. The minimum hold period has not cleared.
  3. Your available balance is below the minimum.
  4. The payout method is not available in your country.
  5. KYC is incomplete.
  6. The regulated partner needs additional information.
  7. Your account or withdrawal is under review.
  8. The earnings were adjusted by a refund or chargeback.
  9. You are trying to withdraw from the app when the current payout flow is managed through the website.

Use the message shown in the withdrawal area to identify the specific blocker.

Your withdrawal is pending

A pending payout can be waiting for:

  • compliance review;
  • bank processing;
  • payout-partner processing;
  • KYC;
  • wallet screening;
  • banking days;
  • blockchain confirmation; or
  • another required check.

Do not submit repeated withdrawal requests for the same balance.

Keep the withdrawal reference and check for any request for additional information.

You entered incorrect bank payout details

If the payout has not been processed, correct the beneficiary details where the withdrawal flow allows it or contact support immediately.

If the payment has already been sent:

  • do not create another withdrawal;
  • keep the payout reference;
  • contact support;
  • check whether the receiving bank rejected or returned the payment.

SimBuster cannot guarantee recovery of a payment sent using incorrect beneficiary information.

Always check account number, IBAN, routing information and beneficiary name before submitting.

You entered the wrong crypto wallet or network

Cryptocurrency transfers can be irreversible.

Before every crypto payout, verify:

  • asset;
  • blockchain network;
  • wallet address;
  • minimum;
  • fee; and
  • destination compatibility.

If you realise the information is wrong before the payout has been processed, contact support immediately.

If the transfer has already been sent to the blockchain, SimBuster or its payout partner may be unable to reverse it.

Never guess which network a wallet uses.
